Sunday Sermon
Today in church we talked about Joseph. Joseph was wrongly accused for something and he was put in jail. Now being wrongly accused isn't something that we always deal with very well. We want to point fingers and fight back. But Joseph on the other hand didn't fight back he knew there was a bigger plan. And the lesson that was pointed out from this was that even though Joseph had plenty of reasons to go off or act badly he didn't because he was a good man and had integrity. A quote was shared " A good man will always do good, no matter what". This is an example of no matter what we are put through we still have to maintain our integrity by doing what we know is right. A good man no matter how many temptations and reasons he has will do the right thing. And Joseph did just that, he maintained his integrity and in doing so this led to the building of his church. So the moral of the story... no matter what trials and hardships our brought to us we need to do what we know is right and we will get through it. And most likely something good will come from it.
Day 1: The Beginning
Today is the first day of the new me. Eating clean, exercising and being the best I can be. I've made the decision I'm going to stop putting crap in my body and I've going to begin eating healthy and becoming fit. I'm changing the way I live. This is a lifestyle change. I've tried many times to do this but always ended up back to my old ways. But today I'm not going back. I've made the decision that I'm going to change. And you can too. This post marks the start of the new healthier, fitter, cleaner me. People will judge and question you. But you know why you're doing this and no one can stop you. This is the start and its going to be tough... but in the end it WILL be worth it.
